From Lakeview Chapel:

The African Children's Choir is scheduled to be in Owego to perform on March 15th at 7pm. This is a new development. Pastor Todd Wolfe of Lakeview Chapel received a call last Wednesday (February 27) from their tour organizer to see if the church could host the choir between March 13th and March 16th. After short consideration the leadership of the church agreed that it was too good an opportunity to pass up. They will be performing a concert on the 15th of March at 7pm at Lakeview Chapel, 185 Day Hollow Rd, Owego, NY 13827.

The African Children's choir melts the hearts of audiences with their charming smiles, beautiful voices and their lively African songs and dance. The choir is made up of some of the neediest and most vulnerable of Africa's children. Many have lost one or both parents. The African Children's Choir has been working with Africa's most vulnerable children for the past 28 years. The choirs mission is to raise awareness of the plight of Africa's abandoned and orphaned children. Music for Life (the parent organization) also works with children in Africa with a focus on education. Many of the children go on to be quite successful in life.
