BC ARTS COUNCIL LAUNCHES ARTS BLOG "BROOME ARTS MIRROR"





The Broome County Arts Council today launched the arts blog Broome Arts Mirror at http://broomeartsmirror.wordpress.com. Nicknamed “BAMirror”, the new blog was created to reflect the real depth and vibrancy of the area’s uniquely diverse cultural life through arts features, interviews, previews, reviews, and public commentary. The editor is veteran newspaperwoman Barb Van Atta, former entertainment editor with the Press and Sun Bulletin. “With Barb on board,” said Arts Council Executive Director Sharon Ball, “we know Broome Arts Mirror will be interesting and open, honest and civil, and editorially sound.
