Please be advised that a meeting of the Broome-Tioga-Delaware Health Insurance Consortium will be held on Friday, April 19, 2013 at 5 p.m. at the B-T BOCES, Student Cafeteria (Watch for Signs Leading to Student Cafeteria), Binghamton, New York, to consider the limited matter of the distribution of surplus funds that would be distributed in the 2013-2014 school year.
