Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument Arrest

On October 20th, 2009 the Endicott Police arrested Harold J. CHOMORRO for Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument in the second degree. CHOMORRO is accused of stealing a personal check from a relative, forging the victims name on the check and then cashing the check at a local bank.

Chamorro was arraigned in the village of Endicott court and released on his own recognizance.
