Delaware County Sheriff’s Deputies arrest Eric W. Eichhorn

On Wednesday October 22nd, 2009 Delaware County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Eric W. Eichhorn, 28 years of age, of Pearl Street in Hobart, New York and charged him with:

1 Count of Criminal Possession of Marihuana 3rd Degree a class “E” Felony.

1 Count of Growing the Plant Know as Cannabis by and unlicensed person, a class “A” Midemeanor.

It is alleged that Eichhorn grew Marihuana within his residence and was in possession of more than Eight Ounces.

Acting on information received from The Otsego County Sheriff’s Office CID, Delaware County Investigators conducted an investigation which resulted in the search of Eichhorn’s residence in Hobart, New York. The search resulted in the seizure of several Marihuana plants, several containers of cultivated Marihuana, as well as growing and packaging paraphernalia.

Eichhorn was processed and issued appearance tickets and released. He is to appear before the Town of Stamford Court on November 10th @ 6:00 pm.
