Delaware County Sheriff’s Deputies assisted by New York State Police and the Town of Roxbury Constable arrest Timothy P. Mudge

On 9/06/2009 Delaware County Sheriff’s Deputies assisted by New York State Police and the Town of Roxbury Constable arrested Timothy P. Mudge, age 42, of Roxbury, NY. Mudge was charged with DWI, Unlawfully Fleeing a Police Officer, Reckless Driving, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle and a number of other traffic violations. Mudge refused to stop for Deputies and tried to out run Deputies with his motorcycle. Deputies, followed Mudge with the help of the New York State Police, and the Town of Roxbury Constable. Mudge did not comply with any of the officers. Mudge led the New York State Police into the Town of Prattsville where he lost control of his motorcycle when he failed to negotiate a turn properly. Mudge was arrested and immediately arrianged and is to appear in the Town of Roxbury Court at a later date.
