Delaware County Sheriff’s arrest Kathryn L. Teer for Unlawful Possession of Marihuana and Endangering the Welfare of a Child

On October 25, 2009, Delaware County Sheriff’s arrested Kathryn L. Teer (D.O.B. 2/16/1961) 48 years of age, of Madison N.Y. for Unlawful Possession of Marihuana and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Teer had been located with a 14 year old female at the Franklin Cemetery. It is alleged that Teer was in possession of an opened bottle of vodka and a pipe containing residue of marihuana. Teer was arraigned at the Franklin Town Court, bail was posted at $3,000 cash bail or $6,000 secured bond. She was remanded to the Delaware County Correctional Facility and scheduled to re-appear on Novemeber 5, 2009 at 7:00 P.M.
