On October 26, 2009 the Endicott Police arrested Christopher L. Washington for one count each of Forgery in the second degree and criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree. Washington is accused of using a stolen credit card and forging a signature to purchase a carton of cigarettes at a convenience store located in the Village of Endicott.

Washington was arraigned in the village of Endicott court and remanded to the Broome County Jail without bail.
