Family Enrichment Network is now accepting applications for the 2013-2014 UPK (Universal Pre-Kindergarten) class at Horace Mann. Applicants must be in the Binghamton City School District and be age 4 by December 1, 2013. Please call Family Enrichment Network 723-8313 ext. 592 or 504 for details.
