Girls Invited to Attend 3 Cheers for Animals Series

From Girl Scouts of NYPENN Pathways:

Girls in kindergarten through third grade interested in becoming Girl Scouts can learn about Girl Scouts during a 3 Cheers for Animals four-week series. The series is taking place at the Windsor Community House on March 12, 19, 26 and April 9 from 6-7:30 p.m. Pre-registration is required.

Girls will learn about animals from different habitats and how to care for them. Girls will also make new friends, learn all about the Girl Scout Leadership Experience, and enjoy a special focus on birds in the area. Girls will take home a bird house, an imaginary animal sculpture, and more.

The cost to attend is $16 per girl and that includes the $12 Girl Scout membership fee. Financial assistance is available for the membership fee. The registration deadline is March 8. For more information contact Nicole Barnard at (607) 724-6572, ext. 2428 or nbarnard@gsnypenn.org
