DETAILS: Well known local artist Kathye Edwina Arrington is pleased to offer classes on the technique of making mudcloth on two different Saturdays, November 9, 2000 and December 29, 2009 from 10:00AM to 3:00PM. The classes will be held at the Arts Council at 179 Front St. in Owego, NY. The $38 cost per student includes all supplies and an African style lunch.
