Endicott, New York Date of Release October 26, 2009

On October 5th, 2009 the Endicott Police arrested 16 year old Derrick Sperry for Sex Abuse in the 1st degree. Sperry is accused of having sexual contact with a person that is less than 11 years old.

Sperry was arraigned in the village of Endicott court and remanded to the Broome County Jail without bail.
