BROOME COUNTY SPECIAL INVESTIGATIONS UNIT TASK FORCE PRESS RELEASE

On Thursday October 29 and Friday October 30, 2009 members of the Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force and the Binghamton Police Department’s Community Response Team made the following arrests during operations targeting street level narcotics activity in the downtown and west side areas of city;



Lynette Baio, 39 year old female residing on Pine St., charged with Criminal Sale of a Controlled substance Third Degree, a B felony



A 14 year old juvenile residing in Binghamton charged with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance Third Degree, a B felony



Benjamin Dantzler, a 19 year old male residing on Chapin St., charged with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance Third Degree



Rayshawn Harris, a 27 year old Brooklyn resident, charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance Third Degree, 2 counts of Tampering with Physical Evidence, all felonies, and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana, a violation.



Michelle Forse, a 24 year old female residing on Janette Ave., arrested for 2 counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance Third Degree, B felonies.



Richard E Laflower, a 51 year old Endicott resident, charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance Seventh Degree, a misdemeanor



The Broome County Special Investigations Task Force is made up of members from the Binghamton Police Department and the Broome County Sheriff’s Department.
