From The Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force:

The Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force arrested two City of Binghamton men during two separate investigations into the illegal sale and possession of crack cocaine. On Monday November 2, 2009 members arrested Marcelino L. Johnson 5/29/1949 in Binghamton’s First ward. On Thursday November 5, 2009 members executed a search warrant at 27 Robinson Street, 2nd floor apartment, and arrested Jerome J. Kendrick 11/20/1980.
During the arrest of Johnson he was found to be in possession of approximately 3 grams of crack cocaine and $1751.00 in U.S. currency. During the arrest of Kendrick he was found to be in possession of approximately 4 grams of crack cocaine and $1700.00 in U.S. currency.

Charges: 1-Count of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the third degree, a class B felony and 1-Count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third degree, a class B Felony.
Arrested: Jerome J. Kendrick 11/20/1980

Binghamton, New York
Charges: 1-Count each of Criminal Possession of a Controlled substance in the third degree, a class B felony and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the fourth degree, a class C felony

The Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force is made up of members of the Broome County Sheriff’s Office and the Binghamton Police Department.
