Are you looking for that perfect Christmas present for someone who has everything?



You've come to the right place! The Tioga County Council on the Arts is holding a FINE ART RAFFLE in conjunction with the 29th Annual Home Tour and Auction. There will be 12 ORIGINAL FINE ART photographs and paintings on display at the ArtSpace Gallery during the month of November. The pieces are framed and ready to hang.



Raffle tickets may be purchased for each piece at $1 each, 5 for $3, and (great deal!!) 20 for $10. The drawings will be held at the Home Tour Auction, Owego Elks Lodge, on December 5th, 2009 . You need not be present to win. Winners may pick up their pictures at the Auction or at the Arts Council at 179 Front St. Owego.



Please make a point of stopping at the ArtSpace Gallery this month to purchase your raffle tickets. You'll never find a more economical way of purchasing fine original art work!
