No better way to start off the NASCAR season than a win at the "Great American Race."

Down at the Daytona 500. All eyes on Danica Patrick. First woman to win the pole and now becomes the first woman to ever lead the race. She went into the last lap third but faded to finish eighth. That's where Jimmie Johnson, the five time NASCAR champion, took the checkered flag for his second win at Daytona.

Jimmie Johnson says, "A strong racecar. I feel like the speed our car had in it allowed me to really have control of the race late and I felt like I was sitting on something all day and was just ready to have some fun when it counted and it did."
