Hot Chocolate Eggnog

Ingredients
1/2 c water
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 qt. dairy eggnog
2 c. milk

Directions
In medium saucepan, stir the water into the cocoa. Bring to a boil. Boil and stir for one minute. Add eggnog and milk. Heat to serving temperature, stirring frequently. Serve warm

Serves 6

Eggnog tips: **Eggnog can be frozen in its original store-bought carton. Thaw at least 24 hours in refrigerator before using. **Substitute eggnog for the liquid portion in pancakes, waffles, French toast and crepes. **Substitute eggnog for specified amount of milk in preparing pudding mixes.
