Ingredients1 lb. ground round
1 can (15-16 oz) spicy/hot or medium chili beans, drained
1 c. southwestern-flavored cornbread stuffing mix
1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
pepper to taste
1 c. (4 oz) pepper jack cheese, shredded
1/4 sliced green onions
Directions
Heat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, combine first 5 ingredients, mixing lightly but thoroughly. Spread in a 12-inch pizza pan or 13x9-inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes, until beef is no longer pink and juice fun clear. Sprinkle with cheese and onions and bake another 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted. Cut into wedges to serve.
