Ingredients1 c. sour cream
3 Tbsp. stick margarine, melted
2 eggs
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
1 can cream-style corn
1 pkg (8.5 oz) corn muffin mix
cooking spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine sour cream, melted margarine and eggs in a large bowl, beat well with a whisk. Stir in onion, corns and muffin mix. Pour into an 8-inch square baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until set and lightly browned.
