Guacamole Soup

Ingredients
2 large avocados, seeded, peeled and sliced
2 c. Half and Half
1/4 c. chunky salsa
2 Tbsp. snipped cilantro or parsley
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 green onions, chopped
3 c. chicken broth
salt and pepper to taste
sour cream for garnish
nacho chips

Directions
Combine avocados with Half and Half, salsa, cilantro, lemon juice and onions in large mixing bowl. Mix until smooth with blender or food processor. Transfer back to bowl. Stir in chicken broth and seasoning.

Cover and chill. Serve cold in glass mugs garnished with sour cream and nacho chips.
