Ingredients2 c. frozen broccoli florets, thawed and drained
1 1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
1 (4 oz.) can pineapple rings, cut into small pieces
4 Tbsp. canned corn
4 Tbsp. bottled raspberry vinegrette dressing
1 large pkg. tofu, cut into cubes
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and toss. Add more dressing if desired.
Let set, so flavors can blend, before serving
