Ingredients2 cans chicken broth
pepper to taste
4 carrots, roughly chopped
4 stalks celery, sliced
4 oz. uncooked medium egg noodles
3 c. cubed cooked turkey
2 c. frozen peas
Directions
In a saucepan, mix broth, pepper, carrots and celery. Over medium-high heat, heat to a boil. Stir in noodles. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring often. Add turkey and peas and heat through.
Serves 8.
