There's a new member of the bagpipe band this St. Patrick's Day, and he's only two and a half years old.

Jackson Davis joined bagpiper Dave Hubeny and Binghamton Mayor Matt Ryan to help raise the Irish flag over City Hall. After seeing the bagpipers in last year's parade, Jackson got a drum of his own.  He's been learning to play ever since, and is now officially a member of the Maloney Memorial Bagpipe Band.

Jackson's grandfather Pat Brennan says he couldn't be more proud. "People just love seeing him because he's only two and a half years old, and he has the rhythm like you've seen. So it's kind of extraordinary that he's picking it up. I'm sure he'll be doing it for years."

Jackson has also performed at the the Seton post-parade party 2 weeks ago and marched with the Maloney band in the Scranton parade last weekend.
