A former rector at Saint Paul's Episcopal Church in Owego is facing charges that he repeatedly forced a boy to have sex with him.
Pennsylvania State Police have arrested 82 year-old Ralph Johnson of of Gibson.
According to police the sexual contact started back in 1992 and continued until 1995 at Johnson's home.
At that time the boy was between the ages of 11 and 15.
Johnson is facing numerous counts, including of indecent assault.
