A 28-year old Binghamton man has been convicted of assault for seriously injuring another man.
Dante Baugh was part of a fight between two groups of men at the Metro Center parking lot in downtown Binghamton back on May 15th, 209. Baugh assaulted 25-year old Daniel Fabre of the Bronx by stomping on Fabre's head after he had fallen to the ground. Fabre suffered serious injury. Baugh will be sentenced in October.
