A former Blue Ridge High School girls varsity soccer coach has been arrested and charged with having sex with a 16 year-old student.
The US Attorneys Office says 49 Year-old Gerald Koch of Brackney, Pennsylvania illegally had sex with a minor according to federal law.
The FBI says Koch, who has worked at Electro Form Corporation in Binghamton, is accused of sending raunchy text messages back and forth with a student he coached.
The FBI also says the two had sex on numerous occasions.
A bail hearing has been scheduled for tomorrow morning.
