Cornell Cooperative Extension is inviting people to shake off the winter doldrums and check out what area artisans have been creating.
Spinners along with potters, painters, loom weavers and soap makers will show off their crafts at Cabin Fever, an exhibition taking place at the Binghamton University Downtown Center. The 2 day event starts during First Friday from 6 pm until 9 pm.
Laura Biasillo of Cooperative Extension says we should be proud of our regional talent. Biasillo says, "There's some really high quality items. People who do shows all around the country that will be here. We're very lucky and very excited."
Cabin Fever will take over 2 floors of the UDC. All of the arts and crafts will be available to purchase. It also runs Saturday from 10 am to 4 pm with parking available in the UDC lot.
