A Town of Fenton man could spend the rest of his life in prison if convicted of child pornography and rape charges.
42 year-old, Jeffrey Turner, pleaded not guilty this afternoon in county court to charges that he raped a girl under the age of 17 last year. At the county level, he's facing numerous charges including rape and criminal sex act. However, federal charges are also pending against Turner. They include producing child pornography with pictures that he took of the girl. Turner is being held in jail without bail.
