An 80 year-old Deposit woman is dead after being hit by a truck towing a snowmobile on Saturday night.
New York State Police say Barbara Seymour was struck and killed while walking along Route 8 near her home just before 7 o'clock. The driver of the truck, 56 year-old James Gruscavage of Deposit, has been charged with vehicular manslaughter.
