A Binghamton man has been arrested for robbing the same pharmacy twice in 3 days.

Binghamton Police have charged 24 year old Richard Proper Junior with holding up the Rite Aid Pharmacy on Robinson Street last Friday afternoon and again on Sunday. Police say he entered the store with a knife and demanded money from the employees. The first time, he allegedly made off with about $500. The second, only $194. Police say Proper is also a suspect in other crimes in the city. Anyone with information is encouraged to call detectives at 772-7080.
