The Broome County Health Department has scheduled 4 swine flu vaccination clinics for this week.
Combining new doses of H1N1 vaccine it received yesterday with some left over from last week, the department plans to serve two local school districts plus a Catholic school.
Daytime clinics will continue to be for students only, while evening clinics serve both students as well as anyone falling within the CDC's priority list.
The first clinic will occur tomorrow morning serving Johnson City Middle and High Schoolers from 8 AM to 10:30.
This is for students only.
Tomorrow evening, a public clinic will be held at Union Endicott High School from 3:30 to 7 PM.
Thursday evening, another public clinic will be held at the JC Elementary on Columbia Drive from 4 to 7.
Finally, Friday morning, there will be a clinic from 9 to 11 AM at Saint James Middle School in JC for students only.
To qualify for a public clinic, you must fall into one of the following categories.
Pregnant women.
People who live or care for infants under 6 months-old.
Health care personnel.
Anyone between 6 months and 24 years-old.
Anyone between 25 and 64 years-old with certain medical conditions or weakened immunity.
