Vestal Police are looking for the man who forced his way into a home Wednesday afternoon.
Police say the man rang the door bell and when a woman answered he held her at knife point. Two small children were inside. Police say no one was injured, but the woman was treated at a local hospital for precautionary measures. The suspect is described as a 50 year-old white man with black hair with a lot of grey in it. He also had scruffy facial hair and discolored teeth. The man was last seen wearing blue jeans and a thicker plaid or flannel shirt over a tee-shirt.
