Veterans of all wars who are residents at Willow Point Nursing Home in Vestal have been presented with two new American flags.
The inside lobby flag has been donated by the Windsor "Phelps" American Legion Post 571 and Commander Loella English.
There hadn't been one which is why the post wanted to give the flag.
The large outside flag was donated by Rich Yarosh of Windsor who wounded in Iraq in 2007 when his tank hit an explosive device.

Jim says, "As a veteran it means a lot. You're proud, you're proud of the flag and that's why we wanted to honor veterans here, for the service they did for us and others."
There are about 70 veterans at Willow Point.
