Carolina quarterback Jake Delhomme, who suffered a chest injury in Sunday's win over Arizona, was feeling good Monday, according to head coach John Fox.

Delhomme exited the 34-21 win late in the second half, after being sandwiched between Cardinals defenders Chike Okeafor and Darnell Dockett late in the third quarter.

The quarterback remained on the ground for several moments before being helped off the field. He missed one snap but was back on the field before leaving again in the fourth quarter.

Fox said Monday he talked to Delhomme, who said he had some soreness but was otherwise feeling good. He added he would have an update Wednesday.

Delhomme struggled in the Panthers' first six games, throwing 13 interceptions to just four touchdown passes. He was mistake-free on Sunday, however, throwing for 90 yards and a score on 7-of-14 throws.

Additionally for the Panthers, Fox said fullback Brad Hoover has an ankle sprain, and fullback Tony Fiammetta is dealing with a head injury.
