Devils acquire Loktionov from Kings

Newark, NJ (Sports Network) - The New Jersey Devils have acquired center Andrei Loktionov from the Los Angeles Kings in exchange for a fifth-round choice in the 2013 NHL Draft.

Loktionov has seven goals and seven assists in 59 career games with the Kings. He appeared in two playoff games for Los Angeles during last season's championship run.

Originally a fifth-round pick by the Kings in the 2008 draft, Loktionov had seven goals and 15 assists in 37 games with the Manchester Monarchs of the American Hockey League this season.
