Broome County Executive Debbie Preston will make a very special presentation to a local Veteran and Prisoner of War, who served the United States in World War II. The presentation will be made at 1pm on Wednesday, March 20th, 2013 in the Press Room on the 6th Floor of the Broome County Office Building.
